Bad service again!

<p>Good day</p> <p>You know what... i kept quiet for long but now im really fed up. This is now the third or forth time ive been to the kfc in queensburgh at night and i get dissapointed. Im sick of paying for stuff and you dont even end up eating it cos its either sooo oily that it makes you sick...or the order is wrong or you dont get what you paid for.</p> <p>Last night was the last straw. We placed our order at 21:45 (slip shows 21:46) We ordered the zinger box meal,a streetwise 1 and sprinkle pops.I asked to please have a thigh piece in my streetwise1 (as i dont eat the white meat of a chicken). The cashier informed me they dont have a thigh piece unless i wait for chicken. When i asked her how long for chicken she rep**** "oh only 1minute" at which i said its fine, we will wait. We paid and she told us to please park and they will bring the order to us.</p> <p>We waited...15minutes later still waiting. What happened to 1minute for chicken! so i got out and went and asked the cashier at the order window if she forgot about my order. she looked shocked and called another lady over....she also looked shocked that we still waiting. I then get told a lady will bring it to us.</p> <p>She brings the order about 2 minutes later at which i asked if it has a thigh piece in. she said no, a centre breast. so i said i asked for a thigh. she rep**** there is no more chicken left. so i asked why did the cashier tell me its 1 minute waiting time for chicken and my thigh piece...to which she rep**** she dont know as the cashier never asked her and no chicken was dropped.</p> <p>We drove off very upset. Then we get home just to find that they have probably given me the oldest piece of chicken they could find lying around as the skin was so burnt and the chicken so dried out. I did not eat it! the burgers zinger fillet was also so dry that my partner ate half and left it.</p> <p>This is such a dissapointment as we love kfc but why is it that the customers that end up buying their supper late cos they work late, get such bad service . its not fair that we have to pay for food and end up getting such bad quality and service.Previous times we were there about 9 o clock and we get home and order is wrong. and another time we get home and the chicken was so oily that the packet it was in actual went see-through color...enough to make a person sick.</p> <p>but i kept going back hoping for the good quality food we get by other kfc's . but this was the last. They wont see me again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very very dissapointed.</p> <p>I can send you the pic of the dried out piece of chicken which they probably found lying somewhere as this is not the quality of kfc! tried to attached the pics but its saying file size too big.</p> <p> </p> <p>c bosman</p>
