bad service again!!!!

<p>Today 14 September 2016 @ 14:49 I was at KFC sandbaai Herm**** again. I've ordered over R500 of KFC in total. Ordered at one casher (trainee) for more then an half an hour because he could hardly work the till, he called the shift manager to help and she struggled as well!!!?? The order were put in wrong a few times before it was right, and to top it all off when I got home (Caledon) the chicken was so dry and burnt and the chips was so dark and brown. Very dissapointed and very angry. If it wasn't for the fact that I lived in Caledon I would've gone back and put up a scene. This has been the third time I'm disappointed at their service AMD quality!!! And then they want to comfort me with a streetwise two and a burger voucher after i complained the last time?! And bought over R500 as i have a big family! Disgrace! Dissapointed!</p>
