Bad service

Bad service from Ntokozo at KFC KWA-THEMA SQUARE. We got there at 8:30 they suppose to close at 9 we ordered at the drive thru they told us to wait 10 mins for our food to be ready, after 15 mins we went back to the drive thru window to ask what’s happening. We were told to wait another 10mins we asked what’s wrong cause it’s taking way to long that NTOKOZO GIRL just closed the window and continued talking to her colleagues then they laughed. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m there to beg for food and beg for service. This is unpleasant and very disgusting for people who are dealing with customers on a daily basis. SIES SHE SHOULDNT BE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS SHE HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.
