Bad service

I ordered breakfast for collection from KFC naked mall and the online system accepted my order and when I got to the shop it wasn't available the one lady was completely rude telling me the reason they don't have the order is because it's after 10h30 I ordered before 10:30 online and my order was confirmed.

Online system should link with the shops and maybe the KFC staff can go for training on how to communicate with clients
