Bad service

We went to a drive thru in KFC Queenstown(Komani)when we got there we ordered Oreo Krushers 1stly the lady who was serving us was very rude told us they do not have it but we still had to stand for an hour and wait for a white bakkie that was served in front of us for more than an hour , we did not have any order but we still had to wait for more than an hour ,my question is why did they not ask the driver to park so long whilst they were preparing his food instead of causing a traffic jam on the drive thru we can’t be standing for more than an hour on a drive thru when we still did not order anything
