Bad service

I have made an online order for pick up at Ghandi square KFC on the 23rd of November 2023 at 09:51. I went to the store at around 11am to fetch my order only to find out there is load shedding and was advised to come back when the lights are back on. I went back around 1pm to fetch my order and found that there was a new shift and the lady I spoke with has knocked off and did not inform them. I had to log in and give my order number (111786) and my order was not found. I already paid online, and my account was debited. I then cancelled my order online and was advised they will get back to me, till now nothing. I am disappointed by the service KFC has offered and no one bothered to get back to me. It is disappointing for such a big company not to have back up power when there is load shedding.
