Bad service

On the 25 August 2024 I ordered food from kfc vanderbijlpark sw5 my order no was 598 When I came home and unpacked my order I saw that the double down was so dry and unappealing no sauce what so ever. I phoned kfc head office to lay a formal complaint wich they said would be forwarded to the branch manger that would give me a call til today 18 September 2024 no one has called me or nothing that is unexeptable very bad service
