Bad service

So I called KFC at 18h46 to place an order which I was told would be ready after 15mins, I get there at 19h10 and let them know I'm here to pick up an order.... everyone walks away then eventually at like 19h20....they tell me my order isn't ready they still have to make the chicken I need to wait 15-20mins.....
