Bad service

Visited kfc clearwater on the 10the of April, the place was so quiet, and the service was the worst ever. I concluded my online oder at 2pm when i was still at work. Got to kfc around 2:15, order was not ready, had to wait for almost 30mins more to get my order. I had to move to the collection point to fight and get my order, whereas people who came after me, ordered got saved and left. 45mins of my lunch was wasted at kfc clearwater mall with their worst service on a quiet business day.
