Bad service

I went to Westgate shopping centre and went to order KFC I ordered 2 streetwise 3 with pap I was assisted by by a helpful lady by the name of Dikeledi i waited a while for the order and asked a lady by the name of Lucia regarding my order who was busy dancing around entertaining another gentleman while chatting and dancing she then gave me the order I drove halfway to meadowlands only to find out the order she gave me was incorrect I drove back to Westgate to complain and rectify the order when we got to the shop she took our order had to wait over 10 minutes still our order was not done when asked she said oops she's busy she will do it now had to cancel the order due to bad service the way we treated is appalling as we spending our hard earned money to buy from the store there are other franchises and restaurant chains to be treated like this
