Bad service

I am very very disappointed with kfc in Middelburg because on the 23rd of April in 2021 I went to the kfc in Middelburg and bought 1 fully loaded box meal, 1 zinger burger meal and one twister meal and I told the lady that took my order 3 times I want the duncked suase on top of all 3 meals on the burgers and the twister..I paid R15 for the sauce and when I got my food there was no duncked sauce not even separate so I will never ever recomend anybody to kfc agaim because they aren't up to klient standerds and if I was the big guy of kfc I would really start looking into it
