Bad service

When to kfc in Lansdowne road to order food which I have the slip.. We waiting 45min for our food.. The manager did not care neither did the staff they all looked a blind eye. This is the worst store and the service is pathetic we literally got home pass 11 15pm. I'm not happy. You need to relook at your service and your staff. I want this resolved
