Bad Service

Today I placed an order at this fast food outlet. I waited patiently for 25,minutes when I asked why was it taking so long for my order I was told that the chicken still had to be cooked and I had to wait for another 15,minutes. After waiting and extra 15 minutes still my order was not ready so I asked for the manager which took him very long to come to the front. When he finally did I asked him to cancel my order and he did not kept apologising his name was Sibonelo as p3 the name tag. I was very disappointed and will not be going to that branch again.
