Bad service

I bought family feast from Kfc in Graaff-rrein, the lady gave my food to someone by mistake and after she sat down and obviously opened the food, she realized that it was not her order and she then went to report that to the cashier, which then asked her to return the food because it was a mistaken. She then wanted to give me the same food that was already given to someone else and when I refused to take it, she gave me attitude. When I asked for supervisor, supervisor did not even bother to apologize. We dealing with Covid-19 and there are still people who are this ********.
