Bad service

Hi

I was at KFC Rocklands Mitchell's Plain Cape Town on Saturday 26 November 2022. I bought a 2 can Dine meal and at the till I was told there Is a waiting time for chicken which I was okay with. I ended waiting more than an hour. Just now the same thing happened at the same KFC when I ordered I was told there is a 7 minutes waiting time which I was also okay with I ended up waiting 40 minutes with no one communicating. I feel it's not right dont give us wrong information I'm a loyal customer at this specific KFC dont do this it's not cool.
