Bad service

Bought breakfast, AM Crunch Cappacino at KFC Bronkhorstspruit,when I got my order the cappuccino was too cold,called the lady to tell her that the cappuccino is cold,she took it and went to warm it up I assume using a microwave, which now defeats the whole cappuccino experience and there was no lid to close the cappuccino on top instead I was offered a cold rink lid.There was no apology offered,
