Bad service

I ordered food from KFC BP Meadowlands on the 26/04/2024 around 5pm if I'm not mistaken, delivery was estimated for 05:45-06:05. No communication or update from the store, I called and no one answered. I had to request for an Uber to go collect my food. I got there and the manager gave me attitude telling me there's no driver's and there's nothing they can do. I ask why they not answering their landline no answer. I'm not happy with this. I had to spend more money to go to the store
