Bad service

On the 2 june 2023 at around 18h00 i place an order online from kfc soshanguve south.From the app it said i must wait for 74mins to get my order. I paid R311.50 and got confirmed order sms that said my order will come within 30mins. We didn't cook because that was for our supper. Then after 20h00 i tried to call the store to check why is the order not coming and phone didn't go through then i phoned their customer care line and they told me unfortunately im not gonna get that order and they will refund me. But i will have to wait for 7 to 14 days before i can get my refund which is totally unfair. We had to sleep empty stomach because it was already late for us to cook and i had no extra cash to order something else somewhere.

KFC must get their house in order and they must refund me asap because i need that cash.
