Bad service

Ordered my food online for curbside collection. Got to the shop and checked in at 7.30pm. Waited for atleast 3mins before I got a msg that food is on its way. To my surprise I sat in my car with my kids until 8.20pm. Which I then decided to leave my kids in the car to find out wat was happening. When I got there no one knew about my order and was rudely spoken to by the lady named Kgomotso who asked me for a receipt and kept on busy with other things as if I ddnt exist. No could find my receipt for the family feast that I had ordered and till the manager had to come and ask wat I actually ordered so they can start preparing my order. I'm so disgusted about the incompetence and inconvenience they caused as I had to receive my order at 8.40pm an hour plus of waiting. Please if the system you built as kfc doesn't work then I'd suggest you don't ask us to use it.
