Bad service

Kfc in potchefstroom opposite the mooi Rivier mall.... Service was bad I ordered my meal and went to pnp and when I got back I went to fetch my order the lady said oh so long I was calling this number and no one came but im there and she is saying that.... I asked for gravy only she gave mash and gravy and I asked for sweet chilli and she gave classic yet she was rushing and calling my order number 1st get the order right.... Service and being rude is not good..... Yourl will get no stars
