Bad service

We went to buy chicken nuggets & instead we were given a drumstick. When I arrived home I realized that they gave me an incorrect order. I went back & to get the correct order. Firstly, the attendant did not apologize for their sloppy work Secondly, I told the attendant that I need to be reimbursed my petrol I used to come back from my house to their store. The attendant asked me '"how do I do that"? I then demand to see the manager & the manager by the name Thulani asked the same question "How do I do that"? I then told him I'll put his store on social media for their bad service & he said it is fine & he walked away. I'm not happy with this attitude especially when we pay for these things. Can you reach out to the owner of this store. It's located in Vaalmall, Vanderbijlpark & relay the message.
