Bad service

I have been complaining on Facebook about KFC in grey owl centurion. The staff is mean and they are not happy people secondly they alway mess up orders meaning they dont check. I understand we all have things we are going through but we all must give it our best when serving customers. I appeal to KFC to please have a look at this because so many people complain about this. Secondly why dont you have a generator when you know very well grey owl centurion does not have electricity. The manager there is very nice and understanding but his staff haibo especially the ones during lunch n morning shifts they are very slow and dont give us everything we paid for.
