bad service

I came to buy supper for my family in one of your franchise shop in Zevenwacht Mall (Cape town) at 21:00 Thursday 12 March 2020,there was a coloured lady by the tills whom i doubt shes one of the cashiers,She called her colleague to come and assist in front.An African lady with white dyed hair and super red lipstik on,i greeted her but instead she aggressively shouted at me that i must go to 1st till she said it in Xhosa(Bhuti iza apa kule til),i asked her why is she shouting she said if i dont want to buy i must go and buy somewher else i was so dissapointed as if i said something wrong to her.I asked her name she didnt even bother to tell me as she was not even wearing her name becht,i asked her colleague and she said shes Amanda wich i doubt is her real name.This need to be rectified i dont know weather your employees in KFC outlet are not happy with their jobs because this is not a first time i get such poor service in your outlet
