Bad service

KFC Moloto crossroads in kwamhlanga has the worst service iv ever seen I ordered the family feast 1st they said they are offline for cards then I paid on line after doing that they said they dnt have the chips and the coleslaw so they gave me 4 mash I mean really! Told them I dnt want them they must put something else said that's all they can put asked for a refund they said they can't do that On Wednesday I ordered online I had to wait for 45mins for my order
