Bad service

The service at collections is extremely bad. I was there on the 24th January 2022 around 12:30. The guy working there forgot to give me my drink, I went back to advice him and he didn’t apologize and he carried on serving other customers and completely ignored me. I mean he could have apologized and gave me my drink but no we carried on and had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. I am disappointed honestly. There are alot of unemployed people looking for a job that will give us good service.
