Bad service

I'm at KFC Orlando and the service is terrible. There's only one person working the till and giving out orders that are ready. Some customers even walked out because we have to wait about 15 minutes for orders to be taken. We called the manager and she said she's knocked off the next shift staff is here but they're on lunch. Still one person working
