BAD SERVICE

I sent my son yesterday, Sunday 18 Oct 2020 to buy KFC at Palm Court and I always SPECIFICALLY ask for 1 or 2 wings in order - the NORMAL chicken pieces not the awful wings I previously bought. He came home with NO wing/s. Please ask your employees who is paying for the order, them or me!!! As paying customers we EXPECT what we order or ask for as WE ARE PAYING, not them. Is it because he is young that they just give him the middle finger. This conduct is totally unacceptable and quite frankly rude. They need to be taught to listen and not just do as they please!
