Bad service

We went to KFC Silverton Villag and waited half an hour for a R200 order. The service was very bad and when we asked what is going on with our order and why are we waiting so long the staff af the back starter laughing and making comments. 3 other client came in after us and got their food before us. I'm really disgusted in their attitude and their spitfullness.
