Bad service

Recently visited KFC Mall@Lebo as they where about to close and it was 19h50, instead of informing clients that they are closing they kept saying the chicken would take 15minutes to be ready, only then to tell us that they are closed and they can't turn on the stoves. They even told other clients that they can only fire the stove only if they buy 9pieces of chicken or more. The service was appalling and rude
