Bad service

I visited KFC (29 Van Riebeeck drive, Denneburg, Paarl) and I'm highly disappointed with a bad service received today.

I ordered via the drive-thru and the food took very long; I needed to switch off my vehicle while waiting.

The food was packaged so bad that it basically fell out of the burger packaging.

It did not taste nice but the staff member at the pick up window was extremely slow and the food was just very unneat.
