Bad service

Today Friday 01-April-2022 I tried ordering online whereby there was error messages when checking out.

I then opted for my colleague to place an order and she paid with her bank card.

Few minutes later I received 2 bank notification purchases 258.50 and KFC order confirmation.

Keletso K****tso, We have checked in your order:Keletso***. Confirmation that your order has been checked in is shown below.

We went to collected and I’ve confirmed to the store to cancel order Keletso*** and they’ve advised that I must call customer care.

I’ve called customer care 4 x spoke to different consultants and the last consultant by the name of Kgomotso place my call in hold for more than 22 Minutes of which it’s unfair for me .
