Bad Service

Yesterday I bought, a 9 Piece of Chicken 2 Double cransh burgers 2 Snack burgers and a Twister at KFC Malmesbury the Service I received was not Good I went drive through and a trainee took our order. We receive 5 Piece of Chicken 1 Crans burger and The chicken were very hard. I will Not except any excuses for getting my Orders wrong but we paid for chicken we didn't recieve how do we fix this the service is bad how can you let trainers work on a busy day like this.
