Bad service

Trade route mall KFC. Went through the drive through and lady taking orders could not help me with any specials. She said to go inside for a full menu. I told ok give me 6 pieces of chicken and large mash n gravy. She couldn't even advice me on what to get. Pathetic service and their chicken was just as tasteless. I will avoid KFC on a whole.
