Bad service

I ordered a 6 piece family meal from KFC raisthorpe however my order arrived with no chips. I was unaware of this as I had ordered this for my kids and mother in law as my wife and I had gone out for the night only when we returned home were we made aware of this. This is unacceptable and I would like this matter resolved immediately.
