Bad service

I cannot express clearly enough that I want absolutely no free meal from this company, will never in my life pay for another meal at KFC either. My previous complaint about KFC was more than five years ago when other customers (lots of them) ALSO complained about staff at KFC Northcliff (Gordon road) *****ing their change at the drive-through. For more than five years I have avoided any KFC, until tonight. KFC Sophiatown, Edward street, Jhb. I went to the drive through after ten and 4 useless idiots inside took turns staring at me - one trying to get the others to help me, two chatting away to each other and a fourth washing something, looking at me and continuing doing her laundry. I left for the petrol station next door, highly f-ing annoyed but returned when I noticed two other cars that had arrived. This time round I placed my order but also asked to speak to a manager - WHICH NEVER happened. Clearly he could not give a damn. I have avoided KFC for more than five years. Tonight's experience was somehow not surprising, I just wonder if anybody at KFC gives a damn about the pathetic service they provide - let alone staff *****ing customers' money.
