Bad service

This is the second time I place an order on UberEats ans I would write notes to specify exactly what I want and they always fail to deliver. I let it slide the last time but now it’s at a point whereby it’s annoying. I want this looked in to. When I called the person that answered the phone was rude to me. When I asked her name she refused to give me her name and hung up on me.
