Bad service

Went to buy a family feast of at sunward Park kfc 21 pieces bucket on Saturday the 31st augustbut I got a very very horrible service with delays of my order for longest time then when I got home the kfc skin was peeling as if they packed the meat while it was still hot.themesg was not nice it was as if it was boiled with water and never fried very very disappointed with kfc customer service
