Bad service

Good evening

What a bad service I received from one of your outlets Rustenburg Tlhabane to be specific. I bought 2x streetwise chips after buying while waiting for my order I was told that it's going to take 6 minutes and at the back someone said it's going to take 11 minutes I told them to refund me as the transport was going to leave me since they said they calling the manager he never came and they said I can't be refunded cos the manager is not coming my transport ended up leaving me I was forced to wait for 11pm taxi because of their mistake. My safety was compromised and no one even said sorry for their mistake as am typing now am in tears as am in the street and still have to wait for 30 minutes for transport to come. Am never buying at KFC ever again 😭😭😭😭
