Bad Service

I'm very Disappointed and disgusted at the Same time so on the 16th Jan 2023 I went to the one of KFC Restaurants(KFC Gatemax Umhlanga) to buy street wise 2 I used the self service Opt as I was advised instore than I used my card to pay I didn't get the sec receipt with the order number so they told me to do an transaction which I did than I got the receipt with the order number they adv me to do the sec transaction and come back the second day if the money doesn't reverse of which I did than they told me to come back with my bank statement mind your I have to sacrifice my lunch time to go and chase up my refund so the 3rd day I went there I showed them my statement nxa they than adv me to send an email to the head office kfcgatemax@true_blue_group.com this email is not working and it's not like they didn't know about this they new now they expect me to sacrifice my lunch time and chase up my money
