Bad service

We ordered our food at 19;45 and received it only at 20h30. I had to physically watch the lady pack my order and take her own time. They both looked confused like they couldn't handle the orders. When we eventually received our order, All our burgers was wrong and food was ice cold. We sent it back and ask them to correct it. Burgers came back again wrong. We ended up eating it as we all fasted for 15 hours. No salt on the chips. Burgers had 1 junior patty and another normal patty. Food overall was not good
