Bad Service

This is not the first time I have had problems with KFC Graaff-Reinet but probably the 6th. I have received previous credits.

I always ask for 1 burger without sauce and ask them to please mark it clearly.

We live 10km outside Graaff-Reinet and then when we are at home and ready to have dinner we find that all burgers have sauce on them.

Tonight I placed my order online like the past few times and when I got to the window to receive my order I asked them if the burger without sauce as clearly marked. They only packed 2 burgers and when I asked the packed the other 2 burgers for the online 3+1 special.

I asked them 3 times if the 1 burger does not have sauce as I had bad experiences with them previously about the same issue and the confirmed 1 was without sauce but when we opened our burgers all had sauce on them.

I then tried phoning thwm and before 20:00 I phoned them 8 times and they did not pick up the phone.

This is totally unacceptable.
