Bad service

On the 29th i went to KFC in Ermelo. When i was ordering the cashier asked for a donation. I have been donating in the past,out of curorisity i asked her about the people they help with the donations. The answered me rudely saying a donation is a donation. I personaly thought she would maybe say i must go to facebook page or kfc website to learn more about the donations. But instead she chose to be rude,i dont know maybe its a lack of knowledge or something. Her reaction and attitude realy was dissapointing.
