Bad service

I ordered food on the 2nd of April on Uber eats, the driver waited and when they were supposed to pick up the order they cancelled, i had to cancel because i couldn’t wait for another driver so KFC in Jabulani Mall in Soweto charged a full price for food that never even left the counter i was held accountable for something that was not mu fault
