Bad service

I had a bad experience in kfc Carlton center and was not the first time even last week it happened some lady called pertronella she was so rude to me even last week she acted the same way i went to oder 5 meals and i waited for almost 15 to 20 minutes no one said anything to me they were busy talking their on language at the back then when she gives me my oder there was no thank you than i stood there and ask her for tomatoe sauce then she told me that the oder i did doesn't require the sauce i was like i enjoy my kfc with that sauce then she ignored me and helped another customer... I'm so disappointed for real coz is not the first time and i won't stop going to kfc because oz of her.
