BAD SERVICE

I visited KFC, Darwin Road, Kraaifontein today for the first time and if it was possible to give a -100 rating I would have. I can't give a service rating as there was no customer service, This was at the drive thru (Sunday 21 November at 12:00) We stood there for about 5 minutes before the order was taken. We were not greeted. The cashier did not give me the opportunity to finish my questions, and we received the incorrect food box. I had to park and go in to get the correct order. Luckily for me I was assisted by Anahle, who did her best to make up for the bad service.
