Bad service

We went to KFC Waterfall mall, Rustenburg on 24/03/2015 at 8:56. There was only 1 customer before us. I placed my order, and after paying there was 2 wrong items om my list that I did not order. I showed the cashier and said that she must just leave it, because I was not in the mood of struggling to get the manager and to struggle to get the bill correct. While waiting for the food, one customers chips fall-out of the box, the KFC worker just picked it up with her hands and place it back into the box and gave it to the drive thru client. After waiting almost 20 minutes (which is unacceptable) we got our food. I checked it and the sauces was not even in the bags. Upon arrival at home, the sprinkel pops's spices was not in the bags. The chips was old and almost all the food was cold. We threw almost everything away. Sjoe what a bad service and then to top it off, the food was not up to standard at all! I either want my money back or a new batch of food, since everything cost me R250.
