bad service

Visited ur branch today at standford square. Staff standing outside and saying that drive thru closed.went inside to place order only to told rudely by nxolo that the systems r off and that should i want the order i should go and withdraw money to pay for it. Are the staff trained on how to deal with your clients .definately wnt be visiting this branch again and no manager around .surely there should be signs placed if the systems are down .yet i get told this once i already ordered. Rude staff
