Bad service

I had to stand for 20min for my order and they didn’t have my drinks. I asked them to upsize the drinks but they couldn’t. I had to wait for another 10min. And when they realised they don’t want to help me they cancelled my order. And then to make it worse the teller lady made it seem like it’s my fault that I didn’t mention the drinks I wanted, thought she didn’t mind asking me. This is KFC Sasol on your way to Musina.
