Bad Service

On the 18/01/16 I stopped at KFC Ondekkers. The place was empty with no customers but after around 5min I got helped and ordered 4 a.m snacker combos and one coffee. After repeating this order for about 5times finally we recieved 5 cappuccinos. Then only after I asked again they changed the one around for a coffee. Finally we recieved our food. This was ice cold and as hard as rubber and no hash browns was included. After i queried this with a big fat attitude i finally got what i paid for. Even if I received a slip with incorrect items on it. Not even what I ordered. By this time I was so over KFC I just wanted to get out of there. By far the most awful place I've ever been to. I would rather go eat at McDonalds. There I know you get served what you pay for. This is just plain disgusting.
