BAD SERVICE
Went to KFC in Randburg on the 24/12 and I was served by Assistance Manager Gloria,after standing on a Q for 15mins finally it was my turn to be served. Then Gloria told me \with an attitude"that speedpoint is not working i have to join another Q to be served by another cashier. And i asked her why they didnt place a note atleast or tell us not to join her Q if using a card as her speedpoint was not working. She started shouting at me tellin me what was she suppose to do"
